Who?  Classes are open to everyone - men, women, boys and girls - over the age of 8 (note: there is no upper age limit - its never too late!).  Whilst current or lapsed students of Taekwon-Do or other martial arts are most welcome, the club is particularly keen to attract complete beginners: people who would like to ‘have a go’, those who feel that martial arts are ‘not for them’ and those who feel nervous about taking on a new discipline like Taekwon-Do.  Forget the stereotypes of martial arts, forget about your age, forget about your fitness level - come along and try it!

Where?   Training takes place in Vine Hall on Vine Road in Molesey which is a 15 minute walk from Hampton Court Station and 5 minutes from Molesey High Street - click here for a location map.  There is ample off-street parking available at Vine Hall.

When?   Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 17:30 to 19:20 and on Sunday mornings from 11:00 to 13:00 - please note that there are no classes during all school holidays including half-term and on bank holidays.

How do I join?   The first two classes are free of charge to allow people to get a feel for the training and the instructor to assess the new joiner.  Subject to the instructor’s consent, individuals may then join the club and attend as many of the scheduled classes as they wish.

How much?   Training fees are £75 per term and membership of Hogan’s Institute is £50 per annum, both payable in advance.  Additional costs include a dobok  (Taekwon-Do training uniform) at £40, sparring safety equipment from £50 upwards and grading fees which are dependent on the grade being sought.

Anything else?   If you do not have a dobok  then wear light loose fitting clothing, bring a drink ... and be prepared to sweat!

UPDATE  Club closed for summer - classes resume on Sunday 5th September.
